Adhoc VERBUND AG: revision of a previously published ad hoc disclosure: dividend distribution 2015; increase of proposal for dividend distribution to €0.35 per share.

With the ad hoc disclosure of 8 March 2016, VERBUND AG announced its intent to propose a dividend distribution of €0.30 per share to the Annual General Meeting. As a resolution by the Annual General Meeting on the Executive Board proposal for appropriation of profits in the amount of €0.30 per share is to be considered legally contestable on the basis of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, the Executive Board of VERBUND AG finds it necessary to distribute the full profit of the Company and therefore to propose a dividend distribution of €0.35 per share to the Annual General Meeting.
