1 Prices are solely energy prices. They exclude system usage charges, flat-rate renewables subsidy, renewables contribution, biomass subsidy (surcharge for promotion of green electricity systems) and other current taxes and duties on the grid and energy. Currently on energy: Electricity duty of 1.8 cents/kWh (incl. VAT) and in Vienna and some other municipalities a usage tax of max. 6% of energy costs. Prices apply per metering point with standardised load profile and annual consumption up to 100,000 kWh for companies.
