Corporate governance is the generic term for the entire management and controlling system of a company. Corporate Governance is of immense importance for us. The Managing Board and the Supervisory Board at VERBUND cooperate closely in the interest of the company so as to guarantee responsible and value-oriented corporate management and controlling.
The annual corporate governance report by VERBUND, following §243b of the Austrian Commercial Code, is published along with the respective business reports. It contains all information required by law and the Austrian Corporate Governance Code (ÖCGK) and is certified by an independent auditor at regular intervals.
