Turbines and generators: Four vertically mounted Kaplan turbines with 24 guide blades and 5 turbine blades each achieve a maximum output of 6,304 kW at a flow rate of 75 m³/sec. and a head of 8.45 metres. The directly coupled 7,500 kVA three-phase synchronous generators supply a nominal voltage of 6.3 kV.
Transformers: The 6.3 kV of energy generated is not raised in the power plant itself but conducted via an underground 6 kV line to the adjacent Ernsthofen substation of APG.
Weir system: All five weir fields are equipped with double hook gates with a closing height of 9.2 metres each. They can be controlled by two chain winches with electric shaft. Since the year 2000, the power plants on the Enns have been controlled from the control room in Steyr.
