Sale of the Bulgarian Wind Park

VERBUND sells a 16 MW wind farm on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast to Inwind SpLtd, a project company of Bulgarian Inovent Holding AD.
VERBUND, Austria's leading electricity company and the Bulgarian investor Inovent Holding AD today announced the sale of the wind farm on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast with an installed capacity of 16 MW.
The transaction is scheduled to close by the end of 2014. Both companies agreed on not disclosing any financial details of the transaction. With this step VERBUND follows its strategic path of focusing on its core markets Austria and Germany.
